Job Description:

  • An astute professional with experience in the area of System Administration and Technical Support
  • Mailbox Migration.
  • Knowledge of Power shell Scripting.
  • Disaster Recovery(DR) activity on Exchange 2010.
  • Windows 2003 and 2008/R2 server installation and configuration of DC(direct current).
  • Administrative task and management of Microsoft Lync 2010.
  • Active sync configuration & Troubleshooting on Android/iOS/BlackBerry
  • Recipient object creation and management like User mailbox creation, distribution group creation contact creation in exchange 2007.
  • SCOM 2007 R2 monitoring.
  • Technical expertise in implementation, operations, and support functions of business solutions using IT as a tool.
  • Data Centre management including server monitoring, mounting and dismounting servers, installation, and configuration.
  • Worked with different remote tools (windows net meeting, team viewer, Ammyy admin, VNC viewer).
  • Installation and configuration of Windows 2000,2003,2008 Server, IIS, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory
  • Insightful experience in planning, installation, administration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN, system administration, and customer support for computer and software up-gradation
  • Managing & Maintaining Microsoft Exchange 2010,2013 & Office 365, Skype for Business 2016 in Hybrid Environment.
  • Post-migration support for remote office environments on a 24×7 basis.
  • Engaged in EMC related task such as creating/assigning ACL group permissions, managing Mailbox access, and move request
  • Managed Exchange client configuration using Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 & 2013.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Exchange Management Console.
  • Provided support and maintenance of Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access and Microsoft Office Outlook E-mail, Calendaring & Scheduling.
  • Office O365/ Exchange online – Administration- User Management
  • Providing day to day support on office 365, Microsoft Exchange 2010,2013, Skype for Business.
  • Implementing of Exchange RU and SP
  • Worked on ADFS(Active Directory Federation Services) issue
  • Recipient creation in Exchange 2010 & 2013
  • Following up with the Backup team for any backup issue.
  • Done Health Check of Exchange servers
  • Mail Tracking on Exchange & office 365.
  • Active Sync configuration & support
