The client is an Educational Institute, an ACCA approved learning partner that provides training for international professional accounting programs like ACCA, CMA USA, IFRS, etc. The client, with a record of coaching hundreds of students every year, not only provides coaching to students but also trains corporate teams from highly reputed and recognized corporate firms.

The Need

The client had several problems associated with their on-premises mailboxes and PSTs as they were stored locally and not in a centralized location. And, as businesses across the globe are rapidly moving to the cloud, it no longer made sense to the client to stay with the traditional on-premises technologies hence; they decided to migrate emails to Office 365.
