In recent years, many online collaboration tools have come up with many improved features to facilitate online communication. In the past, meetings required employees to gather face-to-face in the same room. Today, that’s no longer the case. Skype for Business is changing the way we think about what’s possible in meetings. Skype is used for video calling, official chats, private chats, and video, documents, images, and text sharing. This tool is widely used across the globe. The basic idea of using Skype is to send text messages and make voice and video calls. Skype services are appreciated by the users for the easy-to-use interface, instant messaging, video calling, free service, and voice calling.

Skype for Business Online is part of the Office 365 suite of services. To set up Skype for Business Online you need to sign in to Office 365.  If you have Office 365 Business Premium or Business Essentials, you can use Skype to make online calls to other people in your business who are on your subscription.   • Preload attachments for a Skype Business meeting: Get a quick start for Business meetings by preloading meeting attachments when you set up your online meeting in Outlook. That way, when participants join the meeting, everything is ready to go.
  • Skype Meeting Broadcast is a feature of Skype for Business Online and Office 365 that empowers you to schedule, create, and broadcast meetings or occasions to online groups of onlookers up to 10,000 participants.
